I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that this is my first year of incorporating the Momentium role playing on-line game into our professional sales process course. Momentium has been a productive learning tool – putting students through many of the subtle aspects of what takes place in actual sales calls. From a technical consideration, Momentium has worked with no flaws at all. I have not had any problems running the game either in class or in my office. Additionally, our students have not experienced any software issues when using Momentium. I know that was part our conversation when discussing its use before the semester started. You assured me that the system would run as expected and it indeed has.
