  1. Share the Emotional Intelligence Domains and Competencies from Daniel Goleman’s work.
  2. Have the team work together to identify what types of skills are important in each of the 4 Domains to further develop social, emotional, and advanced communication skills.
  3. Then have the team identify their particular strengths in each area, and areas they feel they could work on.
  4. Ask the team to share their key strengths with each other and identify areas where they can help each other.
