Bill is a seasoned sales and retail General Management executive bringing more than 25 years experience to consumer and B2B focused business models.

Bill started in the extremely competitive world of food retailing.  Canada had a unique environment at the time with discount banner formats, strong private label programs and a focus on larger and larger store footprints that added increasing assortments.  A strong learning environment and foundation for developing management skills.

Bill’s experience transcended traditional boundaries with roles in CPG sales, key account leadership, small business and most recently software sales tools and general management consulting.  Bill’s experience in the broadest sense can be defined as sales, operations, procurement, marketing and market development in both franchise and corporate environments.  Bill has held roles as Senior Vice President Sales and Merchandising, Vice President of Sales, General Manager, Director of Sales Operations and Training, Key Account Executive, Category Manager, Marketing Manager and many other progressive roles within companies like Bell, Grand and Toy/Officemax and Provigo.  Bill’s experience, depth and wide perspective helps enable a flair for converting income statement opportunities into inspiring programs for any team.

A conscientious leader, Bill has had a career-long passion for developing his leadership skills and engaging teams in business visions that matter.

In 2010 Bill led retail for Worldlynx Wireless where he developed an entire retail program to support 65 locations.  Worldlynx Wireless was Canada’s largest private equity deal in 2009.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and the Babson Executive program.  Bill likes to stay active outdoors with interests in skiing, sailing, and golf.
